Returns & Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at returns@cinderandcoil.com. Returns must be approved before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Certain items may not be eligible for return — contact us if you’re unsure about a specific product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
